A hallmark of the dual degree program in Engineering and International Studies is an immersion experience.
During this immersion experience, students will spend a minimum of eight (8) weeks in a country where their language of focus is a primary language spoken there. The immersion experience can be satisfied by either a semester-long (almost always the spring semester of the sophomore year) or summer-long study abroad experience or a summer-long internship experience. The list below provides references in order to start pursuing these possibilities.
